Steven Dildine is a Partner at Cressey & Company responsible for identifying, consummating, and monitoring new investment partnerships as well as developing relationships with talented healthcare executives.

Steve joined Cressey in 2013 after completing his MBA. Previously, Steve worked as an associate at the New York-based private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe. He started his career as an analyst at UBS Investment Bank in the Leverage Finance, Financials Sponsors, and Restructuring Group.

Steve earned an MBA, with honors, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a degree in Economics and Finance from Princeton University.
