Seema Verma is a member of the firm's Distinguished Executives Council.

Seema served as the administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”) from 2017 to 2021, where she was the architect of CMS’s strategic vision, implementing more than 16 initiatives aimed at transforming the American healthcare system to lower costs, improve quality, and increase access to care. She accelerated value-based care transformation, backed new care models, and addressed social determinants of health by advancing new payment models. Before leading CMS, Seema founded and served as president and CEO of SVC, Inc., a health policy consultancy.
