CHICAGO and NASHVILLE, October 14, 2026 – Cressey & Company (“Cressey” or the “Firm”), a private investment firm focused on building leading healthcare services and healthcare technology businesses, today announced the promotion of Janie Pelisek to Principal.

The promotion reflects the Firm’s commitment to developing its people as they serve as dependable partners for growing healthcare companies and their leadership teams. In her new role, Ms. Pelisek will assume greater responsibility for evaluating new investment partnerships and working with leadership teams to improve the U.S. healthcare system.

Ms. Pelisek joined Cressey in 2022 as Vice President after completing her MBA. Previously, she worked as an Associate at private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners and as Analyst at investment bank Credit Suisse in the Retail and Consumer Group. Ms. Pelisek earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Georgetown University.
