Peter S. Ehrich is a Partner responsible for acquisitions, divestitures and oversight of portfolio companies. Peter has been in private equity since 1996, primarily focused on investments in the Healthcare Sector. He was previously a partner at Cressey & Company′s predecessor firm, Thoma Cressey Equity Partners (“TCEP” and later Thoma Cressey Bravo or TCB), which he joined in 2001. Prior to joining TCEP, Peter was a Principal at a private equity boutique focused on late-stage buyouts, recapitalizations and growth investments. There, Peter assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer of a $150 million portfolio company, where he restructured operations and assisted in growing the business. He previously was an associate at Aurora Capital Partners, where he was involved in all stages of private equity transactions. Prior to his private equity experience, Peter worked in a variety of healthcare businesses, including a hospital, an HMO and a private practice. Peter graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in economics, and he received his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
