Frank Fritsch is an Operating Partner with Cressey & Company. Frank is an accomplished Human Resources executive with more than 30 years of leadership service to leading health care organizations in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. An effective culture builder, Frank has worked with companies as they have evolved from start-ups to billion dollar operations. Frank has authored the book “Select a Culture of Success”, conducted leadership workshops throughout the United States and Canada, and closely collaborated with the Gallup organization on employee initiatives and The Disney Institute on service culture enhancements. Frank received a BA in psychology from Thomas More College and a MS from Xavier University.
