Brennan joined Cressey & Company in 2017. She leads and is responsible for the talent acquisition initiatives at Cressey and across its portfolio of partnerships. Building on Cressey’s commitment to partnering with world class leaders, she specifically focuses on sourcing C-Suite executives and Board Directors for the portfolio as well as building Cressey’s external network.

Prior to joining Cressey, Brennan spent almost a decade with another middle market private equity firm where she built the Talent function which focused on portfolio CEO and Board Director recruiting. Previously, she was with Korn/Ferry International as a Senior Associate and Partner.

Brennan currently sits on the Advisory Council of the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine and Northwestern Medicine.  She is actively involved with the Memorial Sloan Kettering – Cycle for Survival philanthropic organization and has served as a team captain since 2012. In 2013, Brennan was appointed to the Advisory Council for the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. She previously served on the Corporate Advisory Board of the Greater Illinois Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Brennan earned a B.A. in Public Relations from Texas Tech University.
