Stephen is an Operating Partner responsible for expanding Cressey & Company's healthcare practice based on over ten years experience in the healthcare industry. Stephen has worked closely with the Cressey & Company investment team and portfolio companies for the last two funds. Prior to Cressey & Company, Stephen provided Operational and Financial Due Diligence to predominantly financial sponsors with the majority of transactions in the healthcare sector. In his prior roles, Stephen worked not only assisting acquirers in evaluating acquisition candidates, but also working with sponsors and companies in preparing for sale processes and implementing financial and operating improvements in active investments. Stephen earned a BA from LaSalle University, and he is a Certified Public Accountant
