Giovanni is an Associate at Cressey & Company LP whose primary responsibility is to help identify, evaluate and execute acquisition and investment opportunities in the health care services sector. He began working at Cressey & Company after completing his Analyst program in the Health Care Investment Banking Group of Goldman Sachs, New York. While there he worked on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, raid defense, follow on equity offerings and debt offerings across several subsectors. Giovanni graduated from Indiana University where he earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.
